Our service doesn’t end once the booking is confirmed, we help with experiences and concierge services right up until you travel. We spend time to get to know our clients and really find out what they are looking for in their travels and what are all family members likes and dislikes. We are here to help and work with you from start to finish or in the middle to fill in the bits you haven’t managed to crack. Each villa owner has a different cancellation policy when booking for Menorca. It is the same with the suppliers we work with for worldwide adventures. We will go through all booking terms when we discuss the plans for your trip.
Our villas include cleaning, linen and towels in the price of their villa rental. There will also be pool towels but some villas don’t include beach towels.
